I thought of something to blog about. So Rachel just had a birthday on Jan. 3rd It is always hard to do a birthday right after Christmas. The one good thing is that everything is always on clearance. However the one and only thing she wanted for her birthday never goes on clearance(an i-pod)oh well. We had a fun celebration of sorts at my moms house. Let me explain, so my mom wanted all the grand kids to come over for a game day at her house and so at the end of the day we sang Happy birthday to Rachel and had cake and ice cream. This just happened to be a good thing because it made her fell like she had a party.(We had told her it was a party or a big present she choose the big present) I can't believe she is nine years old I remember when she was just a baby. She has grown up so much. Nine things I love about Rachel.
1-She always SMILES
2-She is super SMART
3-She does an outstanding job on her chores
4-She is a mini Mom to her little brother Ben(she reminds him everyday to "Stay on green Ben" of course while smiling)
5-She is easy going
6-She is so Grateful(she is always saying thank you even the little things)
7-She is Beautiful inside and out
8-She has her daddy wrapped around her finger
9-She is a peacemaker
We love Rachel and are so blessed to have her in our family.

I love Rachel too. I have also noticed how grateful she is. I loved having a game day and singing happy birthday to Rachel.

I love this, Rachel is so great! Happy Birthday Rachel! So you both know I am not a birthday person, I don't remember anyone's birthday. So although I know it would mean a lot to the girls if I actually did something for their birthdays, I have not succeeded yet!
Also, thanks for inviting me to your blog, but I just want you to know that I have a hard time checking private blogs, honestly it is just takes a little extra time that I don't have, don't be offended, if I don't come by much.
WOW 9?!? You can't have a 9 year old, your so young! I can't belive my 9 year old will be 10 before I have this baby, that is wierd to me! Your such a good mommy Emily, she is one special girl!
